When there is a war, the gaverment
normally starts for either land, money, or just because people are messin' with us. I do think wars are started for reasons because why would we fight in the first place. The reason the United States fought in the American Revolution was so they could have freedom. The reason for the english fighting the spanish was so the english could get land.
So i do believe wars are started for reasons.
